Terms of Service

Tamago Studio (“Tamago”, “we”) is operated by [legal entity name], registered at [registered address]. You can reach us at [support email].

Tamago is a workspace for generating images and video from text prompts. Generation runs on third-party GPU infrastructure that we call on your behalf. We do not train models ourselves and we do not guarantee that any specific model, resolution, duration or endpoint stays available.

Accounts start with a small credit balance for evaluation. Each generation reserves its estimated cost from your balance before it is submitted, and settles against the actual cost when it completes. Failed generations are not charged.

You need an account to generate. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [support email] if you believe it has been used without your permission. You must be at least 18, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.

One person or organisation per account. Do not create accounts to farm free credits.

You may not use Tamago to produce, attempt to produce, or help others produce:

• sexual content involving minors, in any form or style;
• sexual or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including face-swapped or “deepfake” material;
• forged identity, government, financial or academic documents, or anything intended to pass as a genuine record;
• content that impersonates a real person or organisation in order to deceive, including fabricated statements attributed to them;
• instructions or depictions intended to facilitate serious violence or attacks;
• material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights, where you have no licence to it;
• content unlawful where you are, or where the output is published.

Prompts are screened automatically before submission. Screening is imperfect in both directions: a rejection is not an accusation, and an accepted prompt is not our approval. We may suspend or close accounts used for the categories above, without refund.

Đối với người dùng truy cập hoặc sử dụng dịch vụ từ lãnh thổ Việt Nam, bạn cam kết tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật hiện hành, bao gồm Nghị định số 147/2024/NĐ-CP về quản lý, cung cấp, sử dụng dịch vụ internet và thông tin trên mạng, Luật An ninh mạng và Luật Sở hữu trí tuệ:

• Trách nhiệm người dùng: Bạn chịu 100% trách nhiệm pháp lý trước pháp luật về nội dung câu lệnh (prompt), hình ảnh tham chiếu tải lên và các sản phẩm (hình ảnh, video) do AI khởi tạo từ tài khoản của bạn.
• Cấm nội dung xuyên tạc, chống phá: Nghiêm cấm tạo hoặc phát tán nội dung xâm phạm an ninh quốc gia, trật tự an toàn xã hội, kích động bạo lực, chia rẽ khối đại đoàn kết dân tộc hoặc thông tin sai sự thật xúc phạm danh dự của cá nhân/tổ chức.
• Nhận diện sản phẩm AI: Mọi sản phẩm xuất ra từ Tamago là sản phẩm do trí tuệ nhân tạo tổng hợp. Khi xuất bản trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội hoặc phương tiện truyền thông tại Việt Nam, người dùng có trách nhiệm gắn nhãn nhận diện nội dung AI phù hợp với quy định.

We apply per-account and per-network limits on generation, sign-in and account creation to keep the service available and costs predictable. Do not attempt to bypass them, script around them, or resell access to your account.

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and reference images you submit. As between you and us, you may use the outputs you generate, including commercially, subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers.

You grant us the limited licence needed to run the service: to transmit your prompt and reference files to the generation provider, to store the result so it appears in your library, and to keep records required for security, billing and abuse investigation.

Generative models can produce similar results for different users. We cannot promise your output is unique, or that it is free of third-party rights. Checking that an output is safe for your intended use is your responsibility.

Generated files are currently hosted by our generation provider and may expire on that provider’s schedule. Download anything you want to keep. We do not commit to retaining outputs indefinitely, and we are not liable for outputs that become unavailable.

The service is provided as-is, without a formal uptime commitment. The “cheap” channel in particular is a lower-priority route and can be slower, refuse work, or return different quality than the official channel. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or the consequences of how you use generated output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use Tamago after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes will be heard in the competent courts of Hanoi.
